PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Prices
All prices in the website ojeastudio.com are final retail prices. They include all applicable taxes at the country of origin. Customs and import duties
may be applied to international orders (outside the EU) when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and
vary from country to country. OJEA STUDIO has no control over the amount of duty and custom charges. Prices may be updated anytime without prior notice

Product availability
In the event that a product is sold out and we have not been able to update this information prior to the final processing of an order, OJEA STUDIO will immediately contact the client to offer an alternative product or reimburse the corresponding quantity

Payment Methods
Secure payment of an order might be performed in the following manners:

• Using credit or debit card through the secure Paypal system. No Paypal account is necessary. The webpage where the user fills in the debit or credit card information belongs to a safe website managed directly by Paypal who safely handles the sensible data. Paypal charges no commissions to the buyer at purchase if paying in the same currency (euros €)
  In case the debit or credit card is denied during the payment process, the purchase order will be automatically canceled. For purchase orders from outside of Spain, it is necessary that the card issuing bank ensures conformity to the Secure Electronic Transaction protocol, or the card won’t be accepted
• Using a Paypal account
• Direct bank transfer. Our bank account information will be provided upon checkout. The order will only be processed after the funds have cleared in our account. For faster processing times, please ask your bank to email the payment justification to info@ojeastudio.com. If we do not receive the
  payment in our account within 2 business days after purchase completion, the order will be canceled Once the purchase order is finished, the client will receive a confirmation email for his/her records and safety. Also, in order to verify the information regarding your order, the client can create an account and access it to manage and look up all the orders.

OJEA STUDIO reserves the right, in certain conditions, to refuse any operation performed with debit or credit card. In this event, OJEA STUDIO will proceed to refund the exact amount in the original debit or credit card. And the client will
be asked to make a direct bank transfer in order to continue with the purchase order.

Purchase processing time
All purchases are processed and ready for shipment within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation. In case a client needs expedited delivery,

Delivery
Purchases will be delivered to the address provided by the client as “shipping address”. OJEA STUDIO accepts no liability for the delay in the delivery of products when this delay is not directly caused by us, or in case of force majeure in the terms and conditions foreseen in these General Conditions of Business.

In the event the client wishes an expedited delivery he or she should contact OJEA STUDIO through info@ojeastudio. com and we will study the case and inform the client of the conditions.

Returns
During the purchase process, the order can be canceled as long as it has not been delivered. If the order is shipped, it is posible to return it in the 14 days following the reception of the package.

In the event the client wants to return an item within 14 days after reception he or she must contact OJEA STUDIO through info@ojeastudio.com to communicate his or her desire to return the products and attach the RETURN FORM (see below) filled in and signed.

The client must ship the products back within 14 days after contacting OJEA STUDIO. The return delivery expenses will be covered by the client unless the reason of the return is the receipt of products in bad condition or different from the products requested.

Once the products are received by OJEA STUDIO in good condition, we will proceed to the replacement or reimbursement, as agreed with the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the products are adequately packaged not to be damaged during the return shipment. It is recommended that the package is shipped through courier or certified mail since the client is responsible for it until it reaches our facilities
